What are the delivery/shipping charges for orders from Starvik.com?
Delivery charges vary within different countries, for United States we provide Free Shipping for any items regardless of price. For other countries, please check the automatic shipping calculation on the checkout page after filling up your shipping address while checking out.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major credit cards, checking account transfers and more all through Paypal. A Paypal account is not required to pay for orders with a credit card.
Do you offer package tracking?
We have several shipping options available for you on check out within US and International and will have tracking available. We will provide you the order tracking numbers at the time your package is shipped.
How long will delivery take?
Your orders will take aobut 15-25 days to reach you. It may take longer if you live outside of the United States. It might be delayed if the customs of your country holds the package for inspection. In this case, please call your customs department for more details. You can email us if there is a problem.
What is your return policy?
Starvik.com team will review replacement/return requests for the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error by Starvik.com relating to quality or incorrect image if it is our fault. To receive a replacement you are required to provide a photograph so we can review the issue. Please use the contact us form to contact us for the issue. Starvik.com is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. Order Changes/Cancellation Orders can be updated when in status as NEW. Once the orders have gone into PROCESSING they can not be edited or canceled without written request.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing the order, the order gets to our processing unit and will take about 2-4 days to process/print and ship the product. Shipping details along with tracking info will be sent to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice of the order. We send you all the details on the order including shipping and tracking details after the product has been shipped.
